at 8:00 pm EST/5:00 pm PST. Locks received after this
time will be subject to the next business day's pricing
and guidelines. New rates are set and uploaded by 11:00
am EST/8:00 am PST daily. Verify the date in the upper,
right-hand corner of the rate sheet. Due to market fluctuations,
rates are subject to change at any time. An interest rate
cannot be locked until a completed lock-in form is received
and approved.
These rate sheets are solely for the
use of mortgage brokers, correspondent lenders and other
arrangers of credit and are not to be distributed to potential
loan applicants. We will provide quotations in legally
required manner to each applicant. Rates and programs
subject to change and/or cancellation without prior notice.
